"It was a nice property. Staff was very helpful. A bit overcrowded and there was not much control at the pools . People had speakers on full blast and even through there are signs not to save spots, people would leave things on the pool chairs and leave for the day."

"The hotel is well located in Ixtapa. The food was excellent. We decided to switch hotels to go to another beach (without as many motorized vehicles running in the sea - not under control of the hotel) and they supported us a 100 percent. Madame Keyla y Mister Manriquez were very helpful with Expedia. ..."
