Welcome to 30 Cakebox Lane! Steps from StoveHouse restaurant and the Inn. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house sits in the heart of Suncadia on the 18th fairway of Prospector and is within walking distance to all the great places the resort has to offer. Perfect home for a quiet couple or good friends looking to spend a weekend at the spa relaxing from the day to day..... to a few families or golf buddies looking for a fun outdoor recreation filled stay. This three-bedroom home is great for many occasions and one of its finest qualities is the large outdoor patio equipped with fire pit and hot tub to enjoy outdoor living. You can watch the golfers finish out their round on the 18th fairway.

The main level holds an open kitchen design to the living room as well as patio access to bbq and fire-pit. Main floor also includes the powder room, primary bedroom suite with king size bed, full bath, large size washer/dryer and access to the 2 car garage. The family room and bedrooms all have upgraded Smart TVs loaded with apps to enjoy your favorite shows.

Second floor has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One bedroom is queen size and one bedroom has bunk-beds (twin over full) plus a twin daybed that sleeps two. There is also queen size aero bed available to use as well. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and the bunkbed room has a mini Nintendo with games!

The Suncadia Resort and surrounding area has many year round recreational activities. In the winter it is the perfect destination to enjoy a winter wonderland weekend with sledding for the kids or cross country skiing. Top summer activities in Cle Elum, Roslyn, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia Resort include:

We had the best time at this house, which had everything we needed and more! Every room was comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with pots and utensils, and a large backyard with a hot tub! We loved the location and could walk to The Inn and the main lodge. Fantastic house!

A relaxing getaway

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and it was everything we needed. Cozy, relaxing, and quiet. We saw elk and got snow! The kitchen is stocked pretty well. The hot tub was clean and the perfect temp and the beds are comfortable. I was happy that every room had its own bathroom too. I would stay again.

Perfect retreat for couples/dogs

We had a terrific stay at this property with our dogs and two couples. The home layout was perfect, beds comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. It was a great kitchen for making dinners and was close to the lodge and spa if we needed anything. Great communication with the property manager as well. Definitely recommend this home!

No master closet

Nice house although a bit tired in places. If you plan on staying in the master bedroom, don’t bring any clothes that need to be hung as there is no closet in the master. We were there for a wedding and had no place to hang our nice clothes.

Dog friendly getaway

Absolutely perfect for a recharge!

This property is even better in person. Fantastic amenities, backyard and views. Even saw deer passing by. Quiet location allowed for peaceful relaxation and the Suncadia property even has a dog park that made it a fun place for our dogs. Can’t wait to book another restful stay at this first class home!

Great House! Walk to almost everything!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house exceeded our expectations as it was clean, nicely furnished, beds were comfy and all the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms attached. In the bunk room, there was a bin of legos that kept my kids entertained for hours - the owners thought of everything:) We loved that it had a nice hot tub and the backyard backed up to a golf course so there were very pretty views! Cannot say enough good things:)
