Check-in was amazing, staff upon check-in was accommodating and friendly. The hotel overall was clean and quiet. When booking the stay special accommodation was requested for housekeeping daily during our stay. We had been working all day in humid 102 degree weather and were excruciatingly tired after our first night expecting to come back to a cleaned room and the bed was not made nothing had been done. We did not complain as it was too late to do anything about something like that when its almost time for bed. It was truly disappointing. Breakfast was good. On our second night I stopped by the front desk and I asked about late check-out and a different staff member appeared annoyed and was snippy with reply. When you pay over $400 for 2 nights you expect better.
This was the second time staying at this location. First time it was a 5/5. This time around the furniture looked a little runned down but nothing to worry about. The biggest disappointment was looking forward to getting some rest and sleep after a long drive, only to find out the hotel was doing some renovations and the noise from the machinery kept waking me up. I’m not sure if I’ll be staying here in the future.
Our room smelled horribly. And its not spacious. Pulling the hideabed out left no room to walk. I would not recommend staying here. Not for the price i paid. OUCH!!!!
We had no Internet service and the TV in our room kept shutting off after a few minutes. Paid for services not provided. We will be staying in other hotels in the future. Staff mentioned internet was down for days—this is a national chain! Frustrating stay!
