We come to St. Croix to swim and snorkel and enjoy beach-front accommodations. Recognizing how hard it is to keep a property in top form while under the constant assault of sun, sand and salt, the condo was in very good shape, clean and well-appointed. We appreciated having extra things like beach towels & a soft-sided cooler to use. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great having Alisha, the property manager, check on us.

Amazing balcony view of the condos garden and the beach. This place was perfect for us. Felt like home away from home from the first step inside. We immediately extended our stay. The place is fully stocked with all sorts of essentials like cooking stuff, spices, plates, bowls, cups. Even other essentials like a large amount of towels, Snorkeling gear, life vests for the kids, sun screen, sun burn aloe and a bunch of board games, even a Nintendo Wii! The beds were comfortable and the ACs did their job well! And it even has a washer and dryer to help clean your clothes for when you're ready to leave (which you won't want to) And it's all conveniently located 5-10 minute drive to the Christansted board walk. 10/10 would definitely recommend and come back!

Totally awesome trip. We really enjoyed our time at Sugar Beach. Definitely recommend this house especially for a large family lots a room.

The property was spacious and perfect for our stay. Wish the beach was cleaned as nice as the neighboring property instead of raked piles of debris throughout. This is not the responsibility of the listing owner, but sending as feedback to building management.

Beachfront, clean, and in a great location.
