Eureka Springs Historic District accommodation with spa

Check in was great, easy, and very informative; I forget the name of the girl who helped us. The server in the skybar was awesome and friendly, she offered a great customer service. Not so happy with the bartender; blond, fit guy with a beard. Earlier I had a few drinks at the bar and, for some reason, he decide to include the service fee to my check although I was only one person; I understand you usually add this to bigger parties. Maybe because I shared I was from another country, not sure I still left more a little more tips on top of what he added. Our server Erin for breakfast was awesome, very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I hope this is helpful; this is my third time in this hotel and I always have a good time.

Beautiful hotel

We had a glitch with first property being worked on but host promptly offered an upgrafe. We haf an amazing stay and would definitely stay again.

Vintage home on Main. 15 min walk to downtown. Lots of parking room. Had good communication with owner as weather was turning very cold. Had no issues. Good stay with an easy walk to downtown Eureka.

Comfy beds are important and they had them. I have stayed in many places where beds hurt me and I slept miserable. Would stay here on any visit. Building is older.... but things were clean. There was a dispensary in the lot. I didn't know that when I booked room. Maybe the same owners? Wasn't expecting that when we pulled in. It was a no smoking property. We ate breakfast elsewhere. There was packaged breakfast things offered to guests. Quiet. Safe. Easy parking.
