Property is far away from the city. Breakfast was not part of the room stay although breakfast was more than normal. They don’t even provide water for you, you have to purchase water from their front desk. Moving there requiring a car otherwise you’ll go broke using ride sharing apps.

It has been over a week and I have not gotten my deposit back from the hotel. The front desk person was very rude and hassling, giving me a hard time. I specifically said I wanted to pay a certain way and he just ran it through my card, and now as I stated before I still haven’t got my security deposit back after a whole week. Hotel was great, staff was terrible.

The room was nice, but there was a leak in the shower that spilled into the main floor of the bathroom. The bed mattress and pillows were incredibly soft from over use. May be time for an upgrade to newer ones.

Water pressure in bathroom was horrible and took 15 min to get warm water. Heater made a buzzing noise like a radio static. Besides that room was good comfortable beds and pillows and nice hotel.

This hotel is clean and stuff are friendly, helpful and responsive. However, the property is dated and needs renovation. The room we stayed in needs renovation. On a different topic, nothing related to the hotel administration, guests and crowd are not decent enough for others. Weed smoking in the hotel room was and outside was horrible. We couldn't bear the smell of weeds in the corridor and outside. As mentioned, this is nothing related to hotel management, however, hotel management made significant effort to keep the areas weed odor free. Thank you.

During my stay, there was a leak from the exhaust/vent so every time I went to the bathroom there was either water already all over the toilet or water dripping on the toilet. The shower was also clogged so when I took a shower my feet were completely submerged by the end. There was also a big centipede in my room. I called the front desk multiple times, even after my stay and I still have not received a call.

For starters, kids hanging out and smoking weed on the benches right in front of the hotel entrance is ridiculous, not to mention having to inhale the secondhand smoke while unloading my car.
