The hotel is next to a shopping mall with restaurants, a grocery store and other different types of stores. O hotel fica ao lado de um shopping center com restaurantes, mercearia e outros tipos diferentes de lojas.

The staff was very helpful the room had an air conditioning problem and the immediately verified another room for the stay. I would recommend they keep the front door closed during the breakfast hours to decrease the flies in the area.

O chuveiro não é muito bom.
O hotel é novo, camas confortáveis, porém a roupa de cama é bem simples. Solicitamos um ferro para passar roupa e nos entregarão um bem simples que não esquentava e para ajudar não ofereceram tábua de passar. O chuveiro não fica quente, apenas morno depois de uns 30 minutos ligados e não te presão de ducha. Levando em consideração que fiquei uma noite no 5 andar e outra noite no 2 andar. O chuveiro não tem pressão.

Não sei se me hospedaria novamente.
O chuveiro demora uma 15 minutos para a água ficar morna e não quente. Além disso a maçaneta da porta está quebrada e o hotel não oferece uma tábua de passar roupa, somente um ferro que está igual ao chuveiro, bem morno. O café da manhã é bem básico, não oferecem omeletes. Mas a cama é muito confortável, acredito que por ser novo o hotel.

Hotel moderno e bem mantido com boa limpeza. Minibar, lencois novos e banheiro muito limpo. Infelizmente tv conta com poucos canais (so os abertos) e mesa de trabalho bem pequena. Proximidade do shopping como grande diferencial!

Vou mudar de hotel
Um hotel deste porte deveria ter uma touca de banho, copos no quarto,… O pior: o hotel estava lotado por causa de um casamento na cidade. No domingo, com muitos hóspedes chegando ora tomar café, as 10 hs em ponto recolheram todos os alimentos. Uma grande descortesia, falta de educação e falta de tino comercial.
