Great location on the edge of the historic district and close to the train station. The hotel itself is OK, the staff were helpful. Would recommend if you prioritize location over amenities. Also the breakfast was one of the best ones we had in Italy.

Room was pretty good (no complains). Nice and close to the train station and a 10 min walk to the main plaza/church. We didn't get breakfast. It looked ok, but felt for a few more $ we would have a locals experience at a shop. Staff was very nice, helped us with luggage, early check-in and recommendations around town.

Single twin room - good value
It's my second time in the hotel, and the second time I choose the small single twin room. For me it was perfect value - compact and comfortable. There is a small table and a small closet, but the toilet room + shower is actually spacious. I wished they had a board for ironing in the hotel, it would make my life easier (they have an iron but no board). You can have a very good espresso for 1 euro at the reception.

The property location is very convenient, especially if you arrive Florence by train; it’s only 1 block from the train station. It’s walking distance from most of attractions. The only downside for my stay was the air conditioner in my room could have worked better.

This hotel is pretty great, right next to the train station which is convenient, close to get to attractions which is great, and excellent customers service alongside free breakfast. The only downsides were that it wasn’t near places to eat, and the drain in the shower was slightly clogged, but other than those nitpicks it was excellent and we had a great time!
