The incorrect address was listed on Expedia website and we drug our luggage through Florence for almost a mile to get to the correct address. Shower had no water pressure in the morning so we could not shower. The lady that helped with our check in was super friendly and helpful but that was the highlight of this stay.

This place was very close to the central train station and in the heart of the city center. The team made arrival and check-in very easy. Although the room is tight, it was worth the price for the location and service.

Nice hotel. The location is great and close to everything. The only issue, or something that it was not mentioned on the platform that I made the reservation, is that the breakfast is on another place (within walking distance). The staff is nice and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Terrible room, you hear everything all around (elevator, gates, neighbours, outside etc.) Service is really bad, WhatsApp and service. we had breakfast included, needed to walk 10 min outside to go to the breakfast point and it was the worst breakfast we ever had in Italy, so not recommend if you have a child. We asked for a refund of the 2 other upcoming breakfast and they said they cant do nothing about it. Basically breakfast is a scam. Location of the unit was good if this is what you only want

Espectacular!
La ubicación es inmejorable. Se puede hacer todo caminando. Me recibió una persona que amablemente me explicó todo y me dejó un whatsapp para cualquier consulta. El lugar es más lindo que en las fotos. Muy cómo, amplio, baño enorme con mucho lugar de guardado. Limpieza impecable. Hay agua fría de dispenser y para preparar té, café en el pasillo. El desayuno se sirve en otro lugar, a unos 500 metros.Volvería sin dudarlo.
