Staff went over and beyond in helping to find lost backpack. It is not common and needs to be highlighted. All was fine in the hotel. Food in the restaurant tasty.

Booked this airport hotel as I had an early morning flight the next day and desperately needed to do some work and admin on my laptop in my room. The wifi was down and staff said there was nothing they could do. Even pondered switching hotels but it was non-refundable by that point and was offered no compensation nor any solution. They wouldn't even let me use their own wifi code. Other than that... bar and restaurant prices were quite expensive but shuttle bus to terminal was quick and easy.

Be sure to catch the airport shuttle.
This hotel doesn’t really resemble the picture. It is older, and the hallways and rooms are dingy and dark. Okay for an overnight airport stay on a pinch, but that is it. Be sure to catch the airport shuttle to and from the hotel. It is not walkable.

Lovely clean rooms and the reception staff were kind to let us in early as we had a little baby. We had chosen this hotel because we had a very early flight the next day although we hadn't realised we were not directly in front of the airport. We also booked it because it had a pool and thought that would be fun for our 4 year old however the pool was way too cold, even my husband who has regularly swam in the North Sea said it was too cold! It was a hot and sweaty day so would have offered us great relief from the heat. Really disappointed. We also had no option but to book a taxi through the hotel to ensure we got to our flight but it cost €25 for a 2 minute journey which felt like a rip off. The suite we stayed in also had a microwave but no plates or cutlery or even bottles of water. Would say this was an ok stay.
