Almost everyone is wonderful and very accommodating however I had a horrible interaction with a young woman at the desk who was without reason rude, unprofessional, and intentionally unhelpful. I never had anyone speak and treat me as she did. I'm 70 yrs old and she refused to help me in anyway. Rest of the staff is great. The property needs to be cleaned up but the rooms are clean and a good deal

No TV fr 3 days. 3days of complaining to different front desk clerks and the text messaging customer service rep. . On 4th day, front desk clerk, left the desk, went to room and fixed it. The room itself was heavily stained on carpet, curtains, desk, shower. Deep ingrained stains.

Dirty bed linens

Linens on bed did not appear to have been changed from previous occupant. Upon opening the blankets, there was hair on the sheets, looked dirty and had a significant odor. Unable to contact the front desk via the room phone, attempted to text as directed with no response. Had to go to the front desk and ask for clean linens and remake the bed myself. Will not return.

This is a good place for us to stay when in town due to location.If on the west side there is beautiful views of the mountains.

Surprisingly Impressed...

I didn't realize when booking that the Hawthorne rooms had Kitchenettes. Bedding was fairly worn and probably should be retired but was clean and comfortable bed.
