Stay - The Accommodation...The ground floor accommodation furnished in a seaside decor with soft tones, comprises a cloakroom W.C. and hand basin, a small twin bedded room and a bathroom with bath and vanity basin. At the far end there is a snug area with a Jetmaster log fire set into the wall, casual seating next to the slate hearth and double glazed French doors to a Southerly aspect decked patio, ideal for alfresco dining. An archway leads through to an adjacent kitchen/dining room with a limestone floor, modern fitted units including an electric range cooker and floor length windows overlooking the village and sea beyond. A carpeted staircase leads up to a mezzanine level where there are a utility room with laundry facilities, a walk-in wet room with shower W.C. and hand basin and a small bedroom with two single beds and French doors to a sheltered sundeck. Stairs continue up to the first floor and a light, south facing sitting room with wood burner, exposed beamed ceiling, leather settees and patio doors opening to a balcony where the last of the evening sunshine and lovely views out across the rooftops to the sea and coastline can be enjoyed. To one side of the lounge, a door leads into the double bedroom with a kingsize bed, coastal views and built-in wardrobes. The Mediterranean style garden incorporates an uneven paved patio and decked area bordered by flowerbeds, shrubs and tall grasses and enjoys village and countryside views with the sea in the distance - the garden is not enclosed and there is an unguarded drop down to the road below.
