Frankenmuth Winery Accommodation

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Not only are there so many of them available when you have a question but they made us feel like family! The hotel is SO large and spread out even with it being sold out between Christmas and New Years, there was still so much to do and space to hang out. The rooms are dated but clean. We didn’t realize that they were building a new water park so the only downside to our stay was that we had to listen to a generator running for 3 days and then constant beeping and construction noise very early in the morning, and then all day. We did ask the front desk to move us but there was nothing away from the noise. Great place for families! You don’t even need to leave the hotel it’s constant fun!!

Hotel is located in a good location. The dinner/ happy hour is An added bonus!

The hotel needs an update. From our understanding that is happening in Jan 2025. The beds were not comfortable. Wasted space in the rooms. The elevator was too small and only 1. It was Great for being right on the main road and right in the middle of everything.

Property might look little outdated outside , but it’s nice inside. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice extra thing. Simple toast/bagel/muffin, boiled eggs, cream cheese, banana and yogurt, but perfect for quick “meal” to hit the road . Room was clean and nice. They are also pet friendly and they take breads like German Shepherds , which is nice .

Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved everything about the hotel. Expedia, however, messed up our reservation. We spent four hours on the phone with Expedia personnel, who admitted the problem occurred on their site, did nothing to resolve it and hung up on us. The staff, especially Tressa, at the Marv Herzog Hotel went above and beyond in finding us accommodations on very short notice. We hope to stay at this hotel again in the future. However, we will not be using Expedia to book future travels.
