The cleanliness of this room was pretty good except for the mirrors 😬 We stayed at a very busy time so we didn’t fret about it. My group way too noisy, too late (sorry to whom ever reported it) and the desk was still very polite when they gave us the call.

Checked in, handed the key… no information given ie your rm number is x, this is how you get to your room. 3 towels for 5 guest. No pillows for our 5th guests pull out bed. Poor service , lacked routine linens, outrageous for a 250/night suite.

The room smelled of the sewers. We had to fill the sinks with water and keep them filled to keep the drain closed. There was no ventilation fan in the room or bathroom. Not a restful night sleep.

We liked the location; proximity to shops and restaurants was great! Our room was not very clean and very dusty. The staff member at check in was not friendly. Much friendlier staff member upon check out.

Location is perfect middle of everything. Convenient free parking. Staff was very friendly. Hotels in Frankenmuth are alot older and dated. Overall this hotel was good, could use some updating. Hallway carpet looks very dirty, but again not bad for short trip compared to surrounding hotels.

Worst "express" ever"
been h ere many times this may be the last! Sink plug would not drain- at 2 am under the sick I did a temp fix. AM pulled the plunger... filthy and clogged fully. Hot tub would not drain at all...tried 5 times. Break fast hot water was a dribble and could only fill 1/2 cup and gave up.

We arrived at the hotel around 3:30 and we were unable to check in because their computer system was down. We were not very happy as we had driven five hours to get there. We went for a walk around town and came back and we were still not able to check in and it was 7 PM, by this time we were exhausted. The only compensation was them giving us an extra hour on Sunday before checkout. We couldn’t stay the extra hour anyway as we had a long drive also our room was not cleaned while we were there and we had to go down to the front desk to get extra towels and toilet paper , the front desk staff were quite nice, but unfortunately, not being able to check in and not having our room cleaned was not great. Location is awesome though.
