Perfect place to stay to get to airport. Gas station right beside the hotel so you can gas up the rental before going to the airport rental return. The gym was a bit small and it was really busy! The pool and lounge chairs make the stay seem a bit more relaxing too.

Great airport hotel. Nice big modern, quiet room, comfy bed. The restaurant on site was what we needed. The shuttle to and from the airport runs every 20 min, which was fabulous for our very early morning flight. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking garage, which was far away from the hotel, and a public lot. Confusing signage, and once inside, it looked like most spots were reserved. The elevator seemed to require a key card, we couldn’t get it to work. The garage was not easy, and not convenient. Other than the garage, I loved the hotel. I would definitely book there again.

Had asked for a room w 2 separate beds. Someone csme to separate the dpuble bed into 2 but thst wasn't quite what we, 2 friends, had in mind. Also, the better restaurant was closed because of illness and the food wasnt that great in the other one. The waiter, however, was very charming and helpful.

This was a nice hotel and we stayed in the new section, but the pool was freezing and at 12:06 some alarm went off and woke us out of a deep sleep. Both my sister and I could not get back to sleep. We asked at the desk and they said they knew nothing about it but then when the rest of our family came down, they said they heard the same alarm and it woke them up as well, so whatever it was, affected most of the hotel. We don't mind something happening, but firmly denying it was not okay.

Comfortable, luxurious room needs more lighting. We had a beautiful room, very comfortable very luxurious. It was nice to have a $10 voucher for a free drink as we checked in to our VIP suite. The only issue we had was trying to figure out lighting which light switch wood to which light. There were a number of bulbs that were either burnt out or not bright enough to light the room.

We stayed in the executive suites and it was scrumptious ! Great suite, great server at diner, super friendly staff that helped us with parking our car for a couple minutes! Would definitely stay here again. Shuttle from the airport was so easy!

Like always, it’s very convenient to stay in Steigenberger, it’s close to the airport and transportation is exzellent, but Check in is slow, and people are unfriendly.
