Great location near the airport and metro
We stayed at Park Avenue Changi for one night during our layover in Singapore and the location is very easily accessible by bus or 1 Train station away from the airport. It’s also a good location to easily access downtown and key attractions in public transport with the blue and green line passing at the metro station nearby. Lots of dining option around the hotel as well if you don’t want to go too far. I totally recommend it and would be back!

Poor service
Check in progress is quick, but the bellboy wasn’t really help. I checked in 1am with 1 toddler that slept in my arm and view luggage but no one help. I lost my baby bag and try to call the receptionist but no one pick up, when I go down the bellboy hold the bag and don’t even care to call my room.

The hotel is in the business area of Changi however, it is a good base to stay convenient for the airport, quiet. The shopping and dining options are superb and varied.

Great hotel but bathroom was a bit off
Rooms were clean and modern, staff was nice and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was the bathtub/shower. It was elevated from the ground a couple inches so it was hard to step out sometimes. Then the water would get everywhere if the showerhead was just a little off.
