For starters, my expectations were not set too high, simply looking for a place for my family to rest our head for the night going into a long road trip for the holiday. With that said, dirty, sketchy, noisy are the words that come to mind. Hotel is beyond dated, sheets with cigarette holes, carpet stains, faulty shower fixtures, non functional AC were among the things we found on our one night stay. I can’t imagine what we would’ve found had we stayed longer.. This place makes your local motel that rents rooms by the hour look like the Ritz.

I didn't like that the sink was clogged the refrigerator evaporator was iced over and needed to be defrosted, roaches, the noise from I 75 the general run-down appearance. I was very disappointed.

There was mold throughout the room: on the walls, ceilings and bathroom. There was a gap at the bottom of the door into the room where light came through the opening and no telling what else..The chairs, desk,bedside tables were worn and unclean. The carpet and curtains were old and frayed. I believe it was the worst place I have ever stayed.

This property is run down. There are people smoking weed everywhere with windows open and the smell coming out the rooms. The room smelled like mildew and weed. There are roaches in the room. The towels are dirty and there was hair on my sheets. When checking in I was misinformed about the location of my room. This property is right across the street from a parole office, so wandering aimlessly outside is not ideal. The front desk staff do not communicate well or limit their communication to the bare minimum of information. I wouldn’t recommend this place as an option for a comfortable stay. If this is the only option available and you have no other choice, then you know what to prepare for from staff and accommodations.

Easily grossest hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was dingy with lights coming out of the walls….bathroom was horrendous and I had to fix the running toilet when we arrived. Booked 2 queen beds that were not queens, had to sleep in opposite bed from my girl friend because no way could two adults fit in what I assume were xl twin beds. Had a great weekend at the game but awful experience with hotel would never stay again.

The rooms and the buildings need to be upgraded to make them look more modern and clean. The rug in our bedroom had a whole and the bath tub was stained.

Time for a cleaning & remodel - dirty, rundown
The location is close to the stadium. Building and grounds are rundown, dirty and in need of maintenance. Beds are very uncomfortable (bedding & towels were clean!), bathrooms dirty, holes in walls & doors, rusty fridge in room. Toilet paper stuck in bathroom wall holes. Stained carpets and drapes. Tub drain clogged, and no hot water. For a non-smoking room it smelled of smoke. Burn marks on tub. Ceiling above window was leaking water. Worn chair in room. Abandon cars in parking lot near office. Unfortunately no room were available in town due to football game & homecoming. Upon arrival they charge more than what we booked room at said it was because of the football game and all hotels do it. Still not okay. Many shady people in the back of the building. Look for a different hotel you will be happy you did. Tried to add photos and was unable to.
