Great hotel with great service and hospitality

This is my go-to place to stay if I am traveling outside of Indonesia. The staff is well versed in travelers needs and will offer helpful suggestions. There is a good selection of food and drinks available in several different restaurant settings. My favorite is the rooftop with great views. This trip was my first since the pandemic and I am thrilled that FM 7 is still great and remains my favorite travel hotel.

From the front desk people, to Rizal at the restaurant, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. The food in the restaurant was lovely.

I had an issue with the laundry but they resolved the problem in timely manner, responsive and helpful.

Place is great. A haven in the chaos of jakarta. Close to nice attractions, but the endless trafic and pollution of the area ruins the whole thing. But thats jakarta. Hotel is super, staff very competent and friendly, spacious rooms, beautiful pool, AND excellent breakfast... the best ive had actually!

2nd time here, love the ambience and welcoming staffs. Breakfast choice was awesome, this time i like the wedang jahe. Special shout out to Mr. Annas who really take above beyond to welcome me back!! I can see clearly how passionate and details person are you, thank you for your excellent hospitality👍 you are the great hotelier!!
