Hotel was in a great location. Only complaint is the wait for the elevator and lack of be ventilation in the elevators.

We really enjoyed this hotel. It wasn’t always quiet but generally doors quit slamming before 10:00 The reason for 4 stars was the breakfast provided. While I’m glad to get some juice and coffee it’s the same as most. This hotel is so nice I guess I expected a little more. The other reason may or may not bother you but it did my party a little bit. The hotel uses key cards which is fine but there’s no security to get to any of the hotel floors. It would be nice to have the doors and or elevator have more security to only let in patrons who have a key card. Pillows, linens and mattresses were good. A little general maintenance here and there (tile was cracked around the shower). But all in all this hotel was better than most.

I enjoyed everything about this hotel and I'd definitely stay again. The pool area is amazing and relaxing. Is was walking distance to the parkway which made it convenient for shopping, activities and dining.

The property was great and so close to everything! It was nice not have to pay to park everyday and everything was in walking distance. The river was beautiful and you could see the fish in the nice clear water. The breakfast was a plus and the stay was very friendly and helpful. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff left two champagne glasses and a card in our room for us!! The only thing that I would change is that the air conditioner was a little loud. Other than that, no complaints! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Our Fav, but needs some tweaks!
We love the creekside view, with balcony rooms. It’s a quick convenient walk to the Main Street. The hot breakfast and the staff that run it are awesome. The maid staff and workers that you meet in the halls are all extremely nice. The cons are the desk staff. They aren’t rude but they aren’t welcoming. They need the other staff to show them how to step up their game. One of the hot tubs was broken or entire visit, so they other one was over crowded and people staying in it. We waited an hour sitting outside around the fire (which is really nice) and then said forget it. The beds are set on metal frames that over the years have become squeaky and clankety. It is still one of our favorite places to stay, because the good things exceed the bad.

Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights. The staff was extremely nice. The room was clean. The bed was was very comfortable. We loved that it was walking distance to shops and food. The continental breakfast was great with a good variety of food. Definitely going to stay next time we visit.
