The hotel is located in the city center. You can totally walk from one place to another within minutes. You can also find lots of food stalls with reasonable pricing around the city.

Great place to stay if you thinking of walking around the Georgetown area and tourist-attraction sites. It is located in a older historical neighborhood, nearby many great restaurants and komtar First Avenue shopping mall. The hotel was very clean with modern decor. My room was on the third floor facing the Komtar tower view. It had all the basic amenities I needed for the 5 nights stay. 2 guest parking spaces in front and a dining room. There is no gym, or no swimming pool but it has 2 jacuzzi on the roof top terrace. The very unfortunate or unfair thing was I lost one room key card and they had to charge me $50 ringgit for it. Other than that, it was great. I would recommend it.

Nice and clean but the bed was far too hard (I didn't sleep for 5 nights!). The walls were very thin so I could hear every noise from next door. The lights in the bathroom were too dark. The reception staff weren't overly friendly or welcoming.

Clean and comfortable place in a lively part of town. Loads of great dining options very close by. Short walk from a bus terminal that serves the airport as well as plenty of other places on the island. Friendly and helpful staff. All in all a very pleasant experience

Staff service was excellent and accommodating. The hotel may have looked to be in a run down part of town, but the condition of the hotel is well kept and convenient to the local attractions.

The staffs were friendly, and professional. We ran into problems with the room on the first night of our stay. The staff changed the room right away. The staffs were also attentive to details when we told them our luggage would be arriving sooner before our arrival at the hotel.

The building (hotel) is quite old and run down unlike 7 years ago where we stayed.However, the excellent services provided by Kasturi and particularly Joey was outstanding! Joey shows much patience and kindness and takes time and effort to explain to us repeatedly when approached. Joey is definitely a valuable asset to Le Dream and highly commendable. 👍👍

Great location. Walkable to Pragnin Mall and very near food street. Only downside to not getting 5 stars review is that the shower water flow weak and wash basin flows very slow. Called housekeeping was told it’s normal
