The St. Regis Goa Resort offers 206 accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors and feature DVD players and minibars. Rooms open to balconies or patios. These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate sitting areas. Tempur-Pedic beds feature down comforters and premium bedding. Nice hotel overall. However, lacks the usual st Regis expected level of service. Lacks evening entertainment or facilities. Further, we went there on a holiday, with a view to use the pools, got there, both closed, and we were never informed of it prior arrival. Then, main desk didn’t even compensate against the fact the pool is closed! And they never followed up. Also, when there is a wedding on at the hotel, then it’s all about the wedding and service suffers a bit further.

Excellent property, service and hospitality. From check in to stay to check out was all wonderful rather perfect. The staff go an extra mile to make guests comfortable for all aspects at the hotel. Butler service definitely a delight and makes it very easy to manage the stay. It was a family trip for our parents 50th anniversary and they made it very special for our senior citizen parents. Jonathan and Kanika ensured we got a great adjoining room. Rene and Chandini were very hospitable at the restaurant. Vicente ensured that the carts and cabs were well organized for us. Special call out and appreciation for Charan, our private butler who ensured that our stay was amazing at every step, he really looked after us and more so our aged parents. Overall, I can not wait to come back at St. Regis Goa.

We stayed 4 nights in St Regis, excellent hotel with wonderful and courteous staff and amazing food. Staff of the hotel was so courteous and will cater to your needs. My kids are allergic to nuts and chef make it a point to come out and talk to me about the food that contains nuts in their buffet he even offered to make something different for us too. It's a big property in 49 acres they have buggy's golf carts and they have cycles so you can ride it to wherever you want to , my kids loved it . We will definitely stay here again.

Check-in process wait was over an hour. Rooms were not ready at 4pm. Staff is disorganized and poorly trained, property is falling apart, rooms infested with small lizards and lost power over 10 times a day.
