Very small however for a stop over on my travels it was just perfect for me. As love stayed in a lot of different places this was the cleanest yet!

Clean and comfortable however louver windows above bedhead and bathroom needs serious updating/replacing!!! Felt like sleeping in an ice block even with heater going! You’ll save on your power bill Black Sheep Motel!!!

Great stay.
Staff were nice- easy to check in after hours. The bedroom & bathroom were very spacious. Air-conditioner heated up the room easily on the cold night. Tea & coffee provided in the room. Bed was average comfort. Overall great stay. Walls were thin & other guests noisy- but nothing the motel can do about that.

Difficult to find if you don't have GPS. A small map from motel would have been useful. No proper windows. Louvres with poor screens thus letting insects in. Gap under door, more insects. I think I had the smallest room N15. Very claustrophobic and dark. Bathroom excellent. Communal kitchen facilities excellent. Beds excellent.
