Dirty hot tub and jets not working

My wife and I came for her birthday because they have an inside hottub that goes outside and we came especially for this feature of the hotel. The jets were not working on the part that was outside but we went outside anyway. While sitting outside a ball of hair came floating from the inside part of the hot tub and there were dark piles matter in the corners (see pictures). I noted this in our review and was awarded 5,000 points on my Hilton Honors account (50,000 pts = 1 night stay) for our experience. I thanked them for the gesture but what they offered was nothing substantial. I hope they are able to take better care of the hot tub in the future and look for better ways to make their guests satisfied when something is not up to their standards.

The staff was extremely friendly. I was disappointed that our room did not meet my cleanliness standards. Crumbs on heater/ac unit food on table. Bed seemed not made the best.
