Book Grand Rapids Station hotels

Very spacious, comfortable rooms. The only complaint I have is we paid for a corner city view room and they placed us on the 2nd floor. I mentioned that we could only see the side of a building, and I was told "yeah, that's typical of our lower level rooms"

Smelled like weed in the hallways one night and be elevator was out of service one day but my room was always nice and comfortable

The front desk was anticipatory, efficient, and accommodating to the situation. She made a genuine effort to communicate with all parties involved and truly provided a stress-free check-in/stay/check-out. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay when visiting the Grand Rapids area. Thanks again.

The first night was a little rough. There was quite a bit of noise from other rooms & above, but I packed a white noise machine & that helped. Staff was wonderful, kind, & always willing to help. I loved the spaciousness of the room& wood floors. I wish I would’ve kept the smaller room with the city view however because not have natural light was a bit disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
