The grounds and the hotel were excellent and contributed to our feeling of being relaxed at home. All the staff we encountered were without exception knowlegeable and helpful.
Excellent stay! I took my partner for our engagement and it was so special. The staff were so important in ensuring our night was completely perfect. They upgraded our room with one with a balcony! Whilst going out of there way to decorate our room with complimentary champagne and chocolate treats, for our return back to the room after our evening meal in the fabulous leven restaurant!
I’d like to thank everyone involved in making this stay a memory that will be with us forever. 5*

Whoooooo spooky
Very much a Ghosts of Motley Hall hotel.
I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my room yet the hotel seemed to have very few guests - not sure what that was all about.
The staff do try their best but the place seems to be run by management from an Agatha Christie novel.
My room had such a tiny bathroom too.
The staff were fantastic. We'd invited family, elderly & young, to join us for a couple of the evenings and the team there couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Many thanks Crathorne Hall!!
