No hot tub and cold pool
Disappointed that there was no hot tub. I specifically chose toys location for a hot tub and heated pool. The pool was too cold, the air temp was too cold and there was no hot tub.

Beautiful Hotel
This is a big and beautiful hotel. The lobby is gorgeous and was decorated so nicely for Christmas. Many beautiful Christmas trees and wreaths and garland. The check in process was efficient and the doormen helpful and friendly. The onsite coffee shop was delicious and had several snack options as well. The Skyline restaurant was delicious and the cook, Nick, fantastic! The bartender, Melinda, was so friendly and attentive. The rooms were kept clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the heated indoor pool and balcony room. Will definitely be back! 😊

Check-in was very easy. Our stay was only one night, as we were just passing through, so we did not get to experience all that the hotel had to offer, but the room was as clean and the beds were comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here over the weekend! I needed a quick getaway. The cleanliness or the entire property, the bar and restaurant downstairs was amazing! The staff was amazing! I would book this hotel every time I come into town
