The staff was great and helpful. The garden and atmosphere around the property are charming. It is in a great location, close to everything, and very convenient for Uber pickup. The inside of the building is a little outdated and could be cleaner (when we were there). Overall it is great and I would stay again.

Hotel San Carlos is truly a gem! The service was excellent from beginning to end, and the location is perfect. What truly sets this place apart is the kindness and warmth of the staff—they made us feel right at home. The property itself is stunning, a beautiful and serene space that exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommended!

Hotel San Carlos it's a different kind of place. It takes you back to 50's or 60' nice location near La Aurora Airport I did enjoy staying here

My first floor room was exceptionally comfortable. The second floor room was old, smelly and had a horrible view of the adjacent building’s parking lot. They refused to allow me to change the room. The bathroom smelled of mildew.

The hotel was convenient. Definitely i will stay there on my next visit to Guatemala. The mattress was very comfortable. The area was very quiet. I wanted to add some pictures, but the system did not let me.

Very simple and cute local hotel that’s not a chain. Loved the restaurant after long days of work you could even get breakfast for dinner. Great hotel and great service.
