The room was clean and tidy, we had a trailer on the car and there was ample room to park it, also close to the shops and dining areas of Gulgong.

The positive notes about his property is that it was clean and it is less expensive than staying in the Blue Mountains. However, the pool was closed when we were there (as it was green), and the rooms needed a facelift. I would give this a 2 out of 5.

Under the beds was extremely dusty but overall everything else seemed quite clean. Spacious room, great shower size and the beds were comfy

There was no cutlery or crockery so to make toast or heat food was impossible. Toilet was too close to the vanity so your legs hit the vanity.
