Air con didn’t work I complained twice during stay and after stay too. The room was so hot I had to open window and the road outside was so noisy sirens etc I had little sleep. Customer service non existent

Good hotel in a great location
The hotel is really good with an amazing location. The rooms were nice but no amenities (like no water, or water boiler, glass, etc). I would atleast expect a small bottle of water with a glass. But the room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also nice with a very good shower. I loved the room and. I will definitely recommend it to business or leisure travel.

Great location; very small but pretty comfortable room; walking distance to everything; wish more signs and directions were in English, especially for the and in the parking garage. Address to navigate to the parking location is different from the hotel’s address, how to find their parking was not mentioned anywhere and remained a mystery until we called their front desk.

Very good. Modern with a stylish bar. Great breakfast, excellent service. No safe or tea/coffee facilities. Do not stay on 1st floor or you will be kept awake all night by banging doors.

It was a perfect location and a tasty breakfast - the 1st floor rooms are right by other buildings and there is only privacy with the blinds closed completely - but room is perfectly comfortable and clean

Leather Chairs Great Addition
This was a new Motel One option for me. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, and the leather chairs in the rooms is a great addition. I hope i will set it in other Motel Ones.

2 day business trip.
Hotel reception/ bar area very nice and modern, staff friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms very small, think more Ibis than Boutique, but clean. I was on a 2 day business trip, travelling alone so it was fine, but for a couple I would imagine it would be a challenge. Breakfast is a challenge, when I stayed very busy and not a restaurant, so bar seating area is used, with many seats too low for comfortable eating. Food quality was good (continental style) but every spare space was used to squeeze everyone in, not really a place you can take your time and feel comfortable.
