These are very nice, small cabin-like rooms. You don't really come to this area for attractions or nightlife but this is one of the great places to stay as you are traveling through, or if you have business in the region. They send you the code to your cabin room after you reserve it and that means you can just pull up and go inside with zero hassles. The price is competitive with motels and it is WAY better than motels.
The only issue I had was 10th Street wasn't marked, but that is the fault of the city. There is a sign that says Sweetwater with a left arrow right in front of this location that you can use to find it, but 9th Street DID have a sign and it's just a street south. The street looks a bit like a driveway, which is what confused me.
My one room cabin-like room had sink, stove, microwave, TV, air conditioner, and a coffee maker. They provide coffee and sugar but bring your own cream or artificial sweetener.
