The staff are wonderful, and the hotel offered a lovely hot chocolate and cookies Happy Hour between 4 pm - 6 pm in the warm reception sitting area. Sipping the hot chocolate in front of the large fireplace made for a cozy time to visit and relax. The "breakfast on the go" is also a fantastic idea. The food is tasty and so affordable. We had a great time staying here.

Was a nice place to stay and would again. Its a older hotel so if you were on the lowrr level you heard the occupants upstairs. Room was to hot and first night sleep was not the best. Turned off fireplace. It provided cold breakfast for $5 which was great. Also provided coffee/tea 24hrs free. As well for a nice touch offered free hot chocolate fuxings. Would stay here again.

Super friendly staff. Wasn't aware that it's a motel, but better than expected overall. Great location: Gas stations, Tim Hortons, Wendy's, and McDonald are down the street. Need a better work on soundproof. Was clear to hear people talking and playing music next door.

Overall disappointed with room.

The front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The reception area is beautiful... mountain views. Our room was not great. Beds were clean and comfy but the room had an "old hotel" smell.. the carpets are not onlt very old and disgusting, but tgey were clearly very dirty... didn't look like they were vacuumed. There was dust on the side table lights. Bathroom was clean enough but very old and in need of a renovation, as did the whole room. The bathroom tap os broken... falls right off as you lift it. As i was soaking in the bathtub I could see black mold on the underside of things. We wont stay there again.

My wife and I very much liked and enjoyed the fireplace in the open area with real wood. The smell of the wood burning was very comforting. And we enjoyed our drinks in front of it. We then went into our room and flicked on the gas fireplace. All in all from our point of view very romantic. And FYI, We are over 60.
