The property is dated. Thankfully the bed was comfortable enough to make me overlook the downside of the bathroom. The shower is very much like the hospital shower room. Sound proofing isn't that great as I can hear people running outside. Towels do have stains on them.

Could not fault the staff, they are friendly and welcoming. Great off street parking and close to food outlets, and supermarkets. Rooms and facilities are a little tired.

It had a horrible smell in the rooms bathroom wasnt clean and had hair in the bath and ants and bedroom floor wasnt vaccumed

The room was big and spacious and enough space for a family of five. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, pots and pans for simple cooking during our stay there. It was summer and the weather was hot. The air con didn't reach the top level so it was very hot even during the night. Would be nice if a fan could be provided. There was some stains on the beddings so cleaning can be improved but otherwise our family had a great stay.

The pool was lovely, very basic accommodation and rooms need cosmetic update, stained carpet and very budget kitchen utilities. Ants all around in the kitchen at night. The bed was comfortable and the private outdoor area was nice.

Room was very tired, with stained carpet throughout. It also is in need of a good clean as the floor left our freshly showered feet black and was sticky (plus shower mat came off the ground covered in dark marks). The beds were clean and comfortable but the towels and face cloths were stained and not clean. When we washed dishes and cleaned down the kitchen sink, mould flicked out of the kitchen drain with the brush.

The only good thing i can say about the room was it was nice and big and you could open a sliding door out to a small outdoor courtyard. It was very neglected, there was a terrible smell quite alike to a smell you get when entering a resthome, the pillow cases had stains. The shower head would not stay up. The owners door knocked after 9 am when check out was at 10 so not sure what that was about as a different language was being spoken. It did seem as if repairs/maintainance was starting.

It was poorly maintained beds very uncomfortable Tv did not work at night for some reason pool was cold nothing for kids to do we were glad it was only one night have stayed in alot nicer places in Hastings and cheaper just they were full when we came up staff were ok not fantastic or anything vut ok if you want to stay budget but not friendly but hard on cost
