If you are looking for a spacious and comfortable holiday home for your family to relax and totally enjoy everything Hat Head has to offer then this is the house for you. Sunseekers has the added benefit of beach access across the road.

Open plan kitchen, living, dining with the added comfort of air conditioning for those warmer evenings. Spill from the lounge room onto the verandah for an afternoon drink or relax and enjoy a good book.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday requirements.

The bedrooms are all located upstairs and have great air-flow from the large windows.

Downstairs there is a large rumpus area, with a second shower and toilet, where you can relax on a rainy day. 

For all the fish you catch on your visit there is an additional fridge and chest freezer.

Take the family outside to enjoy the evening with a BBQ. There is a huge fully fenced backyard with plenty of room for that game of cricket or for cars and boats.

Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.

 Hat Head is the Ideal fishing village surrounded by Hat Head National Park and the best in pristine and unspoiled beaches. The beaches, sand dunes, rainforest and wetlands offer an ideal backdrop for bushwalking and relaxing.

Launch your trailer boat from the creek side ramp with adjacent fish cleaning facilities also available- all only, a minute's drive, just past the Bowling Club.

There are a lot of walking tracks to choose from, and visitors can also enjoy bird watching. Birdwatchers can look for black swans and spoonbills in the parks wetlands, hawks and eagles soaring above beach cliffs and shorebirds like curlews and plovers around the beach.

Hat Head National Park is a great place to go whale watching during the annual whale migration which takes place from June to November.

House needs maintainence otherwise it was great
The house needs a vermin treatment black ants on all benches and tables and tens of thousands large bully ants in both bathrooms after dark ,had to put ant sand every where to stop them ,and a roach issue down stairs only. A lot of the doors and windows don't open ,close or seal properly making it very hard for children and letting bugs in . Lots of cracked ,chiped and stained crockery, significant plumbing leak and shower drain blocked in down stairs bathroom .. location fantastic,comfy beds, sleeps 8, access to beach easy, 500m to bowling or surf club. despite the issues we still had a good stay
