Liked that you could walk around the corner and have Chinese meal at Bowling Club. Room 8 was spotless and large, Queen and single bed, comfortable and linen and blankets good quality . Fridge micro , adequate utensils. Shower fab with bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Quiet at night from truck noise, they mainly circuit Hay during daytime via Murray Street. Would stay here again for sure.

The gentleman at reception was very pleasant and welcoming. When I opened my room, I could not help but be impressed by the absolute cleanliness of our room. Everything was sparkling, neat tidy and was ‘quality’. I’d stay here again on any future journey.

Road trip stopover
Clean and comfortable room perfect for a stopover on a long road trip. Must comment on the shower (normally my biggest bug bear in motels). This one was hot, with great water pressure

I had a family medical emergency - attempted suicide and the hotel did not have enough empathy to allow a cancellation without penalty and charged me the full rate. Also wotif were notified of this 2 days before the booking and did not act upon it until the next day. Will definitely not stay at this hotel and will book via a different site in future - I travel a lot and this will be your loss!

We wet to HAY for the Mini Nationals over the long weekend in June. We were able to wash the car and parking the trailer with the car on the back was no problems either. The room was very clean and the tea and coffee lasted all weekend ! Very helpful staff and great communication from Kalvinder and Imran. Thanks for a great weekend away !

So clean, well furnished and quiet. The showers and bathrooms were excellent. Just what you want from a motel after a long drive to recover. Swimming pool was out of order but not a factor for us anyway.
