We had a really mixed experience during our stay here.
The good stuff - As we were arriving late the staff at the holiday park kindly helped us by arranging for keys pick-up after the reception closing time. The location of the park is great too - points of interest are easily accessible. The bar / dining area is quite nice with access to games. The house had well equipped kitchen with stove, microwave & a good sized fridge freezer. However, you have to take other basic stuff like oil, sugar, tea, coffee, toilet tissue, kitchen towel etc. Which I wouldn't say is a show stopper.
The bad stuff - while booking the room/house, hotels.com listed that it has two bathrooms. However, after arriving there we found out it has only 1 bathroom. next day we spoke to the staff at reception who said they couldn't help in absence of their manager who was off during weekends. So we spoke to the manager on Monday who said it's a mistake on hotels.com & we have to take this up with them. She did give us a few email ids to contact & said she would contact head office. Not sure if anything has been done yet. As suggested by the manager I emailed on an id she gave me (holiday park's head office probably). It's been a week since the email & I haven't heard back anything yet.
The house was clean and tidy except my quilt cover had red stains
