I appreciated the quick and efficient check in and check out, the quality and service at the restaurants. Unfortunately, the A/C was not working properly. We waited a few hours after check in to see if the room got cooler. It was noticeably warmer than hallway and common areas. We complained at the desk and their solution was to bring a “cooler”to the room. This proved to be a poor solution since room was still uncomfortably hot. I expected better from a Sheraton hotel.

Good hotel, once we found it

Just there for the night before a morning flight. Room was comfortable and clean. I only had one issue, we had landed in Terminal 1 and there was absolutely no signage to indicate the direction to the hotel. Finally had to ask some airport employees who pointed us in the right directions, still no signs until right before you enter the hotel.

Convenient

I love how accessible is this airport to the city center and of course to the airport itself. It also has a nearby food shopping area and coffee shops that we can enjoy and access to the train station both the regional one and the long distance train. I also love the people at the concierge. Shout out to Hubert! He is such a nice and friendly guy.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful with every need and concern we had during our stay. I will only stay at the Sheraton when visiting Frankfort.
