We came here because of hurricane devastation in our home town. The hotel has been gracious and accommodating in letting us keep our room on a day by day basis. Compared to what we left, being here with food, power and running water is a welcome treat.

The area grounds and amenities, rental options were perfect. I was underwhelmed with the room, the AC took 12 hours to cool the room and the mini fridge was not cool enough to keep cold. The doors don’t shut fully on their own and this was the same in multiple rooms with our group. One fridge was replaced but not much better. The phone in the rooms was dead so we couldn’t use them to call the desk. Despite these issues, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable, and the hotel was a good option for beach access. The staff handling beach towels were not nice and if you didn’t have all kids and your group in front of them, they were not giving you more than the number of towels for the people they saw which made us take multiple trips to prove that we actually needed more towels.
