112 Barrington Court is a beautiful two bedroom ocean view condo located in the highly coveted Palmetto Dunes Resort. This ocean condo can sleep up to eight and is located on the first floor which is elevated and accessible via elevator.

As you enter the condo, you are greeted with an open concept kitchen featuring granite countertops and updated appliances. There is a formal dining table with seating for up to six plus additional bar top seating options. The condo is outfitted with wireless internet and also has a washer and dryer. The spacious living room has a flat screen television, queen sleeper sofa, plus direct access to a large, private balcony with ocean views. The private balcony is a great spot to sip on a morning cup of coffee and listen to the waves of the Atlantic.

The master suite has a king bed and a flat screen television. It has access to the balcony as well. The private master bath has a makeup vanity, granite countertops, and a shower/tub combo. The guest suite has two double beds and a flat screen television. The bathroom has granite countertops and an updated walk-in shower.

Barrington Court is decked out with manicured grounds, palmetto trees, and beautiful live oaks. The complex has an oceanfront pool and hot tub. The hot tub is heated year round. The pool is heated seasonally - typically October through December and March through May. The complex pool is also cooled during the summer months, dates vary as it based on the weather. There is a large sundeck and two community charcoal grills. There is a beach path that will take you directly to the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island.
