Welcome to 7 Painted Bunting Road! This five bedroom, five and half bathroom home can sleep up to twenty guests. It is located third row ocean in Sea Pines - just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Hilton Head Island!

A nice perk of this home is that it is dog friendly allowing one dog maximum per reservation that MUST weigh 20 pounds or less. The pet fee is an additional $250 plus tax. Please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and provide details about your small dog.

This spacious home just completed 2021 off-season renovations and redecorating. Updates include the addition of a 5th bedroom with a set of built-in twin-xl bunks and a comfortable built-in queen-size dormer bed complete with a private en-suite bathroom; an expanded pool deck to accommodate outdoor dining and adding space for additional chaise loungers plus an outdoor television on the covered porch that can be viewed from the saltwater pool and spa; new living room, family room, and dining room furniture; the addition of two new beverage fridges to the wet bar and a built-in ice maker just off the kitchen.

Check out the private saltwater pool and spa. As long as the temperature doesn't fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool & spa heat typically March through May & September through October (depending on outdoor temperatures).

This home can comfortably accommodate larger groups with spacious bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and expanded seating for dining!

• Pool & Spa Info: The pool is approximately 27' x 12'. The saltwater pool and spa are able to be heated seasonally only at no additional cost. Neither will heat if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Typically this means you can heat the pool and spa with the electric heater from March through May and again September through October - weather depending. To confirm heat, please reach out to Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
