With only 300 metres walk to the city’s central mall, and another 3 -5 minutes walk to Hobart’s Waterfront and famous Salamanca Market. (On Saturdays), you won’t need a car to explore Hobart.

Surrounded by coffee shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and a Farmer’s Market (on Sunday), renowned Tasmanian food is easy to find nearby and enjoy either out and about or in your apartment, in your “home away from home”.

A Suite and two apartments are housed in the heritage-listed c1890 Victorian Italianate building. Up to 8 people can stay in Apartment One (has a master bathroom AND an en suite), 4 people can sleep in Apartment Two (Double Sofa), and The Suite can also accommodates 4 guests (Double Sofa). With the use of the sofa-bed in each of the living-rooms, both Apartment 2 and the Suite can accommodate up to 4 people each in total.

Whilst high ceilings, ceiling roses, and classic furniture characterise this beautiful old heritage-listed building, all modern conveniences are provided for comfortable and easy living etc Smart tv, high-speed (NBN) internet, a Nespresso coffee machine and bathrooms with luxe toiletries. Plus free onsite parking is an added bonus for those who feel the need for a car.
