This Hostel serves various rooms, sometimes good but sometimes bad.
At this time, even booked a double room, it was the same size of single room I stayed last time.
That was a disappointed
Broken elevator , stay away i dont like 10 fl hike
I stayed here a week ago the lift was broken,
I came back and its still broken. A hotel that cant bother to fix its elevator..no thanks avoid this place
The only keys points of this Hostell is the position. Very good located in central busy area.causeway bay. And rather quick acces to the room. Cons. Rooms are super tiny like 8 sq meter . No housekeeping at all. zero amenities. If you are aiming on a budget and location but compromise the comfort this is the place

It is what it is...
It is exactly what I was expected for the costs. Operated by group of helpful youngsters. The hostel offers great central Causeway Bay location. It has every necessities you need from communal area with microwave to fast Wifi to instant boiled hot water shower.
Rooms are ok, not too small but lack of windows.
The place was clean and reasonable. A couple of drawbacks was actual room was in another building. Neighbours would also smoke and the smoke would filter into the room

Hostel Living
Small and tight. But this is Hong Kong and I supposed cramped space is the normal here. Make the most out of it. Could have been better kept up and cleaner. Their certificate had expired in February and the critter control was not up-to-date either. A/C and hot water were good so it was no problem staying clean and cool.

Small but cosy hostel in HK
Very small room and need to be very comfortable with who your staying with. But clean and cosy. The room is about 2m by 5m (if that) no English or help from staff though.
There are 2 locations and I was given a choice of either Wan Chai or Kowloon. The Kowloon facility is so new that they were still renovating and updating the bathrooms. My first day, there was no door to keep shower water from spraying into the living area. The next day, a brand new sliding door appeared while I was out of the building. Overall the room was efficient though compact. Only drawback was the lack of hot water. I had some for 2 minutes the first day and never again, though the host (manager or owner, I'm not sure) told me it should run hot if I allowed it to run for a few minutes. I have a feeling the water heater might have been turned off during the renovations and mistakenly not turned back on. That said, the location was ideal, the bed was comfy, and the staff was great. Special thanks for checking in on me though the main office was across the water in Wan Chai. The helpful and friendly tips were appreciated!
First night they had someone else staying in my room. I opened the room to find someone else's shoes in the room, and the room hadn't been cleaned.
Second night I came back to the room to find the hotel manager in my room sitting on my bed casually talking on the phone!! True story.
Third night toilet overflows all over the room causing a disgusting smell, the same night a woman bangs on the door at midnight screaming for me to leave the room from the hotel staff. This was an unbelievable nightmare. Should be entitled to a refund, and apology!!!
Upon attempting to check-in, not only did the staff barely speak any English (surprising in HK) but not a single one had a smile on their faces or welcomed us.
We were told to sign a piece of paper confirming we'd checked in and then told to sit on one side while the staff decided which room to give us.
After 10-15 mins of waiting, we were taken to a room in a completely different building (5 min walk away from where we'd checked in), however, upon entering the apartment there was a workman there still plastering the wall! The woman we followed directed us to a room in the apartment and told us that was where we'd be staying. Upon walking into the room we immediately noticed the toilet/bathroom had no door! After insisting we wouldn't stay there (lots of sign language required), we were taken back to the check in counter and once again whisked away to be shown another room another 5 minute walk away (bare in mind we were hot and bothered and were dragging luggage around with us).
The next room we were shown had a bathroom with a door (wow), but no wifi or clean sheets (there were orange marks on the towels and bed sheets) and none of the rooms looked anything like what we were promised on the website when booking. Upon complaining about the cleanliness and lack of wifi, we were told that we'd already signed the "check in" form and would have to forfeit our paid money if we decided not to stay.
We insisted this isn't what we'd paid for but it was too late...
We were sent to some other Building from where we were ment to stay 2 streets away, the room was
very small ,the beds were also small ,we couldnt handle the bad smells that came from the littlal bath
room,etc
I had missed my flight to Auckland, so I wanted a low cost hotel near the airport or in the centre of the City and I was tired as it was nearly midnight. I found and booked the Bay Comfort Hotel on line from the airport but it was past 3.00 am by the time I reached it. The standard of service at that time of night was friendly and courteous and I managed to sleep despite a window-shaker air conditioner which needed replacement.
