Overall it was ok/ average but the room we were given was very average and the outdoor patio was not clean and the light was not working , the next door neighbor was very loud every night , the other rooms in our row had some nice plants in their outdoor patio but ours was not only dirty but also no light and no plants , the room was standard and staff were good but this place really does need a good remodel and touch up to make it keep up with similar properties .

Very easy accessibility, walk in from the street. no lifts, no steps, lovely reception area, quiet, quiet location, our room was by the pool, if rooms had more natural sunlight n upgraded a bit, it’ll be a 10/10 for me but i suppose it wouldn’t be so quiet than, would be nice if there was a kettle for tea n coffee but it was there at reception area in the mornings

We enjoyed this hotel because of how quiet it is in that area. The pool area is nice. Its a cute little place regardless of how old it is. The door to our room was loose and the lock was flimsy. It needs a deadbolt.

Not Bad, But Won't Stay Again
Unfortunately I won't book this hotel again. We come to HNL frequently from another island and this hotel just didn't cut it. The after hours checkin is not efficient and requires wifi or cell service which meant I stood on the street in the rain in the dark trying to figure it out. The room isn't sound proof AT ALL. We were on the second floor and could hear people in the courtyard below who were talking at a regular volume as though they were right next to us. The office does not offer to hold bags for you, but their checkout is 10am. What do you do with your bags while you're trying to get coffee and breakfast before your flight? I will say the room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, and it is a very short walk to the beach. It wasn't a horrible experience at all, but there are many better hotels in Waikiki for the same price. If this hotel updates for soundproofing and offers bag holds, it would be more worth the money.

They claimed that they had parking @ $45.00 a night. When I got there I was told there was no parking but I could use the public lot around the corner. I thought it was $45.00 but it it ended up being $81.00 a night. As a result, I took the rent a car back to the airport. I also asked for a room with a stove he said I asked for standard room. Room had a infestation of small bugs. Pictures on line must be from a few years ago because it doesn't look like that now. Never again 2nd worst hotel I stayed at...
