This hotel is average. The area is good, and the cleanliness is satisfactory. However, the rooms are small, the lobby is small, and the restrooms are small. Considering the facility and space they offer, the price is too high. It should ideally be around 50-75 USD per night at most.

We arrived at 10 pm and were told our dog was over the weight limit and we could not stay even though I had called and they never mentioned a weight limit. On the 3rd party website our dog was under the weight limit but the hotel told us that that was incorrect and that their limit was less. Need less to say I feel that it is their responsibility to make sure the site they advertise on have the correct limit. They basically just said they could not help and sent us on our way at 10 pm to go find other accommodations. I was very disappointed. I called and looked at the amenities on line and we should have been allowed to stay. It was their issue that the info was incorrect but we had to figure out a different option at the last minute.

The room was excellent, the location was lovely and quite with a lake to walk around. The breakfast could use some improvement by including fresh fruit such as berries that can be eaten with yogurt. Only oranges and grapes were available. Some of the items provided don't make sense. For example, there were toppings provided such as raisins & brown sugar which go with oatmeal, however there was no oatmeal, only grits.

Dreamy Stay
My stay at the Hyatt was perfect! It was in a beautiful location where I felt safe and experiencing an upscale, bougie getaway but on a reasonable budget. I will always stay there when visiting Houston and the surrounding areas.

Not as nice as other Hyatt’s we have stayed at but worked just fine. The TV quality is not great and the booking said there was a tub and there was not. Other than that it was fine. The breakfast is good and the staff are polite and helpful.
