Arrived 45 minutes early but checked me in and upgraded me too.Nice,friendly staff very helpful.One morning went down to reception at 6 am for tea and milk sachets the guy on there gave me a pot of tea and jug of milk. Matt.

The hotel was ideally situated in the centre of Hull and very quiet considering the location. Parking at the hotel is available free, between 6pm and 8:30am, however if you need longer the hotel will provide a concession for a nearby car park. The staff were excellent and very helpful, at check-in, in the bar/restaurant and for breakfast in the morning.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. We arrived an hour early and not only were we able to book in early we had also been upgraded, this was a lovely surprise as it was our wedding anniversary. I'm so pleased that we chose this hotel, clean, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast.
