Room was overheated and air con was huge and blew on head so no comfort there. They didn’t explain Terminal 1 was for Arrivals so was on wrong shuttle bus and with a severe injury, which caused much pain and difficulty walking, I really struggled to get to Departures & the requested wheelchair at the other end of the Terminal in time.

My room didn't even have a light switch without taking out the card since the in-room light machine didnt work. The shower doesnt even have a proper screen/door, no amenities, the WIFI is so god awful that it was slower than T-mobile's free 256kbps, the only really good thing about this place is the location from airport, and the cheap cost.

OUTSIDE PROPERTY FILLED WITH TRASHES Property outside of back and sides building were very dirty! There were so many trashes outside! Not just this property but the whole neighborhood is dirty with trashes. Front property is OK. FRONT DESK WORKER We paid nearly two hundred dollars per night. We woke up one morning and asked one of the front desk workers if there is free breakfast because we saw a dining room next to the reception area. The front desk worker informed that there is NO FREE BREAKFAST! We were disappointed that in American, when we paid $100/night, there is at least a free continental breakfast. We accepted the information and believed that maybe S. Korea doesn’t serve free breakfast! The next morning, we decided that we didn’t want to go out to eat breakfast elsewhere. So, we went to the dining area next to the front desk. The worker asked for our room number and name. We asked how much is the grand breakfast buffet? The worker told us it was FREE! It was a large grand buffet with many delicious food choices! We ate and checked out! We forgot to ask to speak to the manager that the front desk worker told us there was no free breakfast so I am writing this to inform everyone that there is free delicious breakfast! Not just a continental breakfast but a large buffet with many meat, vegetables and more choices! There’s even a salad bar too. This same front desk worker gave us the wrong instructions on how to ride the train to our tour destination too!

My flight arrived at nighttime. It was convenient location to get to at that time. There is small store on 1st floor with snacks, drinks and some food options. People at front desk and store are super nice and professional.

The front staff members went out of their way to answer all my questions and help me with travel arrangements outside of the area (first time in Korea). Plus, the food served at breakfast buffet is excellent.

It is clean, functional and at a most convenient location for Incheon Airport T1. The shuttle bus runs hourly, but if you miss it a cab is only abou w7000. Or without luggage it can be walked. However, the hotel interior is tired and needs a bit of a facelift, carpet mostly. They put me up in a Korean style room, and Spartan comes to mind 😳. Only a low table you have to traditionally sit on the ground for. Very limited power point, none next to bed. However, for a overnight layover it is perfectly fine.
