Hotel is perfectly placed for Incheon airport, with either shuttle bus of train transfer. Interior corridors are rather crusty, but rooms are OK. Check in is friendly. Unseo itself has a large number of bars, eateries etc and is well worth a wander around.

I really loved the property. Nice and big rooms, clean, attentive staff and well looking place. The zone it's also great for walk and eat at night or day! My first option if I go back to Incheon!

I tried to reach them for 2 days to set up an early check in and shuttle pick up but all I got was a stock reply to check the web site. When I got to the front desk I asked for an early check in and it cost me 1/2 the price of a whole day for 5hrs. I paid it. Other than that it was a clean quiet hotel. I was only there for a day so didn’t mind it seemed to be in an industrial area.

The room is ok, but the bathroom door is broken, it is not possible to close. So it was very cold while taking shower. The hotel offers free shuttle bus service, but be aware of the driver if he put your luggage safely. Our luggage was fallen down when he opened the door, and a wheel of the luggage was broken. He just gave us the loosen wheel and never say a word. Afterwards we complained to the hotel, they just told us, according to the driver that the wheel was already broken when he put the luggage into the car. What a liar!!! If I would have taken a picture, then I can show the evidence. Guests can leave their luggages under the escalator, but unattended. Luckily our luggages were not missing after 2 days.

Plugs in the room are all falling apart. Room was not air-conditioned upon arrival. I was not able to get the room to cool below 25c even though it was set to 18c. No welcome drink provided upon arrival as stated on my hotels.com check in. I would not stay here.

Great spot to stay near ICN
Girlfriend and I got stuck in ICN, perfect last-minute stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice facilities, plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle back to the airport provided around the clock. Perfect spot if you're looking to stay near ICN!!

very convenient, super close to Lotte Mart, good staff. They call taxi for early morning flight. The taxi fee is KRW15,000.
