Perfect hotel except breakfast hour
Nice hotel. Very comfortable. The only thing is that we were not able to have breakfast because it wasn’t open enough soon in the morning. We pay for it be wasn’t able to cancel because of third party reservation ( hotel com )

I had never stayed at this location although I pass by it rarely. It was a great experience and the breakfast buffet was delicious however, the price of the dinner buffet is quite high. We did not get a chance to enjoy that part, but having a GS25 on the first floor and underground access to the neighboring complexes is very convenient.

This hotel advertises free airport shuttle it is only at 10:30 in the morning from the hotel cost 100,000 Korean yuan to get to and from the hotel if you don’t want to go at 10:30 in the morning from the hotel very very frustrating it should be changed on the website certainly changed on Expedia.com hotel was great. Food was good.

The ac did not work well and it got very hot in the room there was also a loud crying baby next door you can hear everything. I don’t recommend this hotel. They nickel and dime you for everything they charge to use the sauna and they charge u to use pool by having to buy a swimming cap from Them. This place is ridiculous

Located at the center of all dinings, transportations and shopping options. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Stayed at the Conrad Seoul before this hotel but Sheraton hotel had a much better breakfast option. Strongly recommend to friends.

A Solid Experience!
Overall just fine. Loved the atmosphere, the staff was friendly, no complaints whatsoever. Bed was comfortable which was probably the most important thing.
