We had a great stay! The hot tub and pool were amazing. Breakfast was great and the beds were very comfy. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful!! Definitely recommend staying here

Clean, comfortable, quaint, nice staff and wonderful breakfast. Only complaints that Carpet in room was badly stained and old and there was a rusty metal pipe sticking out of the ground into the entrance of the hot tub my toddler almost got hurt.

Horrible Customer Service when car was vandalized
The overnight stay was fine, but I left my car here for the week while I flew to Florida with my children. I had to pay $5 extra per day to leave my car which was not mentioned when I paid for the room. When we were in Florida, my car was broken into. Someone busted out my back window, took two bags, two wallets, and small items. Of course when we arrived home from our trip (at 10 PM), there was glass everywhere. My kids were crying and scared and I am a single mom so was by myself. I told the workers at the front desk what had happened and I had to call the police myself, clean out my car myself, tape plastic on the window myself, and clean up the glass in the parking lot myself. Not a single worker offered to come outside and help despite it being a chilly late night and me being a single mom with two kids in the car. I am very disappointed that they were so unconcerned and I was treated like it wasn't their problem. When I asked about their insurance, no one knew or was willing to find out anything. No one was willing to even check into looking at cameras. No one "knew anything" and acted like they had no idea it had happened despite it being parked close to the building. DON'T leave your car here!!!!

It is very difficult to get into the property. Once we got there, half of the parking lot was closed. Checkin went smooth. Room was not clean. Bathroom had hair and mold on the shower. The base of the toilet was filthy with urine on one side. Bed skirt was ripped. Changed rooms once and it was the same in the second room! We were there for a funeral so we just dealt with it. Breakfast was lacking. “Cleaning crew” were sitting in the rooms on their phone. Would not stay there again and definitely would not recommend.

Fine hotel, good price
This hotel looked to be an older hotel that had had renovations. The carpet was worn out and there was drywall mud where repairs hadn't been finished in the bathroom. There was a spot in the ceiling where it looked like there had been a water leak previously. The woman at check is was very friendly.

As soon as we opened the door to the room, we got a huge whiff of cigarette smoke, there were black spots on the comforter of the one bed, there was a DIRTY wash cloth that was left in the bathroom and the AC didnt work very well at all! The only reason that im giving 2 stars is because the staff was decent.

Property was very clean. Staff was nice and the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The pool and hot tub were clean and lots of fun! Had plenty of hot water for 4 to get showers. It was a great stay and we will stay here again.
