Positives: The room is nice and clean. The fitness center was nice. There is a Starbucks in the lobby area. Parking is included. However, check in was less than impressive. The man who checked me in was wearing ear buds and simply asked for the last name and then handed me the room key. Not very welcoming. Upon entry into the hotel, the 3 bank elevator was out if order so we had to walk to the elevator in the back if the building and then all the way back towards the front to our room. Most concerning was when we went to our car for dinner there was a man on a bicycle wearing a hoodie and a bandana across his face getting off his bike to look into cars in the parkinglot. He was obviously trying to break into them. We had children with us who were upset by this too. We brought this to the attention of the security guard at the front desk who didnt seem to care. Lastly, the Flights restaurant staff was very rude. We went in wanting to order and after 20 mins of no service left and spent our money elsewhere.

Only one of three elevators was in use. The closest stairway was very far away from our room. We were awoken on and off all night by the one elevator ringing and dinging every 30 seconds or so, a few doors away. I woke several times to smell cigarette smoke, seemingly close by. We were in a NON-smoking room.

Elevators are legitimately dangerous. Rooms are sparsely furnished but adequate. Staff was very friendly, hotel was quiet, restaurant was good. This is an older property and it shows, but the basics are there, and it good enough, but not far above average, if at all. The store they have there is convenient and wells stocked.

Elevators caused huge headaches. My husband was trapped inside one, alone, for far too long before maintenance arrived. We were trapped the next day with 3 other people. Front desk staff was sparse.

This is worst hotel I have been in, including low rated hostels. There was no hot water for showers. The toilet sounded like a train whistle and had a very low successful flush rate. The sink didn’t drain. The elevator would go to floor six every time you pushed floor one. Truly, the worst. I was supposed to stay for three nights and checked out after 8 hours. The staff said they could move me to a different room but there still would not be hot water. Avoid
