Across the room, the kitchen has an inbuilt pantry, dishwasher, a breakfast bar with seating for four as well as appliances such as a 4 slice toaster, microwave and sandwich press, while the dining area has an extendable table with seating for eight.
Coming off of this open plan space is a central hallway that leads to all three bedrooms as well as the newly renovated family bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet and a separate laundry with a washing machine. The main bedroom, located at the very end of the hallway, features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, air-conditioner, walk-in wardrobe and a newly renovated ensuite. On the other side of the hallway, the further two bedrooms come with a queen bed and a tri-bunk respectively. A portacot and high chair are available.
The backyard can be accessed off of both the dining area and the laundry and features an undercover deck with outdoor setting/dining, gas BBQ and outdoor shower. As well as the deck, the rest of the backyard comes fully fenced and features a generous turfed area, perfect for the children to play.
